Bitno je da se tog dana pokrenemo i da u\u010destvujemo u raznim sportskim de\u0161avanjima. To mo\u017ee da bude po\u010detak, mali korak ka dobrom zdravl\u0458u. Hipokinezija ili smanjenje kretanja je uz neparavilnu ishranu i pu\u0161enje jedan od vode\u0107ih uzroka za nastanak te\u0161kih stanja i bolesti poput gojaznosti, dijabeta, bolesti srca i krvnih sudova, tumora debelog creva i dojke, osteoporoze i psihi\u010dke nestabilnost.
