You may click one of the links to switch the site language to another available language.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Me\u0111unarodni dan fizi\u010dke aktivnosti<\/strong> obele\u017eava se i ove godine <strong>10. \u043caja.<\/strong> Hipokinezija ili smanjenje kretanja\u00a0 je uz neparavilnu ishranu i pu\u0161enje jedan od vode\u0107ih uzroka za nastanak te\u0161kih stanja i bolesti poput gojaznosti, dijabeta, bolesti srca i krvnih sudova, tumora debelog creva i dojke, osteoporoze, bolesti ko\u0161tano-zglobno-mi\u0161i\u0107nog sistema\u00a0 sa smanjenjem pokretl\u0458ivosti zglobova, ki\u010dme i bolovima u mi\u0161i\u0107ima, psihi\u010dke nestabilnosti. Tako\u0111e fizi\u010dka neaktivnost kao posledicu ima i slabl\u0458enje imuniteta i pojavu akutnih i hroni\u010dnih infekcija.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Preporuka je da se dnevno na fizi\u010dku aktivnost utro\u0161i minimalno 30 minuta.
