Pu\u0161enje i izlozenost duvanskom dimu su faktori rizika za nastanak mnogih hroni\u010dnih nezaraznih bolesti ( srca i krvnih sudova, pluca i disajnih puteva, pankreasa, bubrega i mokra\u0107ne be\u0161ike\u2026.).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Prema podacima SZO u razvijenim zemljama pu\u0161i oko 41% mu\u0161karaca i 21% \u017eena, u zemljama u razvoju oko 48% mu\u0161karaca i 8% \u017eena. U na\u0161oj zemlji pu\u0161i skoro srazmeran broj mu\u0161karaca i \u017eena; zabrinjava \u010dinjenica da je ta pojava posebno izra\u017eena kod mladih, \u010dak vrlo mladih, dece, kod kojih se prva cigareta proba jo\u0161 u \u0161kolskoj klupi sa 9, 10 ili 11 godina u krugu svojih drugova da bi bio deo tog dru\u0161tva, zapa\u017een, iz bunta prema roditeljima, da bi izgledali stariji i imitirali roditelje ( ako pu\u0161e).<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Kod studenata, a to je populacija mladih izme\u0111u 18. i 26. godine, poslednje istra\u017eivanje iz 2015. godine je pokazalo da je pu\u0161a\u010da bilo oko 26,6%, i to malo vi\u0161e me\u0111u studentima (28,4%) nego me\u0111u studentkinjama (25,1%). Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i razlozi koji se navode su stres 31% i zadovoljstvo 53%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Svetski dan borbe protiv pu\u0161enja 31. maj ove godine \u0107e biti obele\u017een pod sloganom \u201ePROMENI STAV \u2013 BUDI ZDRAV\u201d. Tim povodom \u0107emo u Studentskoj poliklinici :<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211; sa svim studentima razgovarati o \u0161tetnim efektima duvanskog dima<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211; zainteresovanima \u0107e biti proveravana funkcija plu\u0107a ( spirometrija)<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211; svi studenti a posebno pu\u0161a\u010di \u0107e dobijati edukativni materijal o prevenciji pu\u0161enja i mogu\u0107nostima odvikavanja od pu\u0161enja.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Pu\u0161a\u010di mogu da odlu\u010de da sami ostave duvan, i da u tome uspeju, a neki se oslanjaju na podr\u0161ku prijatelja i porodice. Ipak, u sve ve\u0107em broju slu\u010dajeva potrebna im je pomo\u0107 stru\u010dne osobe. I onda je najbolje da se jave u nekom od Savetovali\u0161ta za odvikavanje od pu\u0161enja.
