Istra\u017eivanja pokazuju da ve\u0107ina belaca ispol\u0458ava barem neke znake solarnog o\u0161te\u0107enja ko\u017ee pre 50. godine \u017eivota.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Melanom, jedan od 4 tipa raka ko\u017ee, \u00a0\u010de\u0161\u0107i je \u00a0kod pripadnika bele puti, posebno kod osoba koje su dugo ili intenzivno izla\u017eu suncu, u kra\u0107em vremenskom periodu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">U prevenciji melanoma izuzetno su va\u017eni pregledi lekara, i to \u00a0klini\u010dki pregled i dermatoskopija mlade\u017ea, s obzirom da melanom mo\u017ee nastati na prethodnom mlade\u017eu.Manje je poznato da mo\u017ee nastati i na ko\u017ei na kojoj prethodno nije bilo pigmentnih promena, tj. mlade\u017ea.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Potencijalno sumnjivi mlade\u017ei su oni ve\u0107i od 6 mm u pre\u010dniku, karakteri\u0161u se rastomi \u00a0vi\u0161ebojni su, nepravilnog oblika (sa ivicama koje su isprekidane, izreckane ili nejasne).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Rizik pojave melanoma se \u00a0zna\u010dajno pove\u0107ava kod osoba koje koriste solarijume.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ultravioletni (UV) A zraci sun\u010deve svetlosti stimuli\u0161u pigmentaciju, trenutnu i poznu, ali zbog svog prodiranja duboko u ko\u017eu, uzrokuju o\u0161te\u0107enje elasti\u010dnih vlakana i kolagena, \u00a0te dovode do preranog starenja ko\u017ee, i \u00a0ispol\u0458avaju i \u00a0kancerogeno dejstvo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">UVB zraci odgovorni su za \u00a0crvenilo i opekotine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>Z<\/em><em>a\u0161tit<\/em><em>a<\/em> <em>ko\u017ee pr<\/em><em>i<\/em> <em>izlaganja suncu<\/em><em> \u00a0<\/em><em>je neophodna.<\/em> <em>Kada birate kremu za sun<\/em><em>\u010d<\/em><em>anje izaber<\/em><em>i<\/em><em>te onu koja \u0161titi od obe vrste zraka <\/em><em>\u2013 UVA <\/em><em>i<\/em> <em>UV<\/em><em>B.<\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Proizvodi za za\u0161titu od sunca deluju kao hemijski apsorberi, ili kao fizi\u010dki blokeri koji odbijaju ve\u0107inu UV zraka. Hemijski apsorberi, kao sto su kreme, losioni itd. su podel\u0458eni u zavisnosti od za\u0161tite od UVA, UVB ili obe vrste zraka.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Zabluda je da za\u0161titni faktor (SPF) \u00a0ne obezbe\u0111uje tamnjenje. Razli\u010dite vrednosti\u00a0 za\u0161titnog faktora zna\u010davaju \u00a0koliko puta du\u017ee se mo\u017eemo sun\u010dati do pojave crvenila, u odnosu na vreme bez ikakve za\u0161tite.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Veoma je va\u017eno da sredstva za za\u0161titu nanosimo u debelom sloju, na 2 sata (pa tako ve\u0107a koli\u010dina i ucestalost svakako obezbe\u0111uje bol\u0458u za\u0161titu). Najpravilnije \u00a0je proizvod sa za\u0161titnim faktorom naneti 15-30 minuta pre izlaganja suncu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Tako\u0111e, oznaka da je preparat vodootporan ili veoma vodootporan zna\u010di da da se preparat zadr\u017eava na ko\u017ei i do 40-80 minuta pod vodom.
